ATransC Certified Proxy Practitioner

The ATransC offers certification to members (practitioners) who have demonstrated the ability and willingness to attempt trans-contact with loved ones in behalf of others (sitter). This is a very limited certification intended to provide some assurance to the public that certified members are, in the view of the ATransC board and directors, highly experienced with transcommunication and well informed about the field of etheric studies.

Certification is for the purpose of providing a degree of safety for the public and is a means by which the Association is able to fulfill its pledge to provide objective evidence of survival.

Qualifications for certification are:

  • Established and reliable ability to achieve trans-contact using instrumental means of transcommunication

  • Demonstrated willingness to help people seeking help in making trans-contact with loved ones

  • At least four successful contacts via EVP in behalf of sitters which have resulted in a letter of testimonial indicating that the sitter correctly heard EVP and/or witnessed images and expressed thanks to the practitioner

  • Demonstrated understanding of the characteristics of transcommunication and ability to distinguish false positive results

  • Demonstrated history of reporting in a way that helps an inexperienced sitter have a realistic understanding of what was experienced

  • Demonstrated understanding of the ATransC Survival Hypothesis and related concepts

This is the only certification currently offered by the ATransC. There is no cost for certification, but it is limited to ATransC members and is only for the duration of membership in the Association. Members who are certified are asked to provide pro bono service to the Association by accepting occasional referrals.

Certified members are encouraged to remain available to assist the general public; however, they are not expected to work without compensation. Conducting due diligence for a sitter can require considerable time and transcommunication for grieving families often involves emotional encounters. As such, potential sitters should expect to pay a reasonable fee for the time, effort and especially the skill provided by the practitioner. In turn, the sitter should expect a reasonable number of attempts to make contact with the loved one. If successful, the sitter should be able to understand the provided results with some guidance and if practical, should receive a copy of the results.

The ATransC does not define a “reasonable fee.” This is subject to the practitioner's discretion and the sitter's measure of value. With that said, the ATransC board and directors invite sitters to report both praise and dissatisfaction via the contact tool at the bottom of each page of this website.

The only claim of ATransC about certification is that the Association considers the certified member to be well informed about the concepts of transcommunication and able to conduct transcommunication sessions.

Certified ATransC members are not representatives of the Association. The Association TransCommunication is not responsible for the behavior of the certified member and cannot guarantee that the practitioner will be successful in making contact with the intended personality. In the opinion of the ATransC board and directors, no one can make such a guarantee; however, sitters should remembers that successful or not, the time and effort in trying is the same.

What the sitter can expect

The person who asks for help making contact with a loved one is known as the sitter. Anyone who seeks to make contact with a particular person in the etheric is welcome to seek assistance from ATransC Certified Practitioners.

Perspective sitters are invited to contact any of the certified people listed on this page and ask whether or not the person is able to take time to help. The practitioner will ask the sitter to provide information such as name, relationship and other information the practitioner thinks may help make contact. The practitioner will report any results that might be meaningful and appropriate. Since the practitioner does not know personal details, the sitter must determine whether or not the results are actually meaningful.
